The set is different and stands out from the crowd because the inspiration for the set is taken from the love hormone Oxytocin, a beautiful origami pattern, Japanese aesthetics and the stylish favorite city of Tokyo - a perfect combination for the result.

The graphic expression of the porcelain is built around a simple origami figure that is combined in many different ways, with some parts of the decoration consisting of the molecular structure of the chemical formula of Oxytocin, also known as the happiness hormone. For the designer, this was a source of inspiration for the table setting and for the good conversations around meals. In addition to love and well-being, Simen Staalnacke wanted to create beautiful tableware that looks good on the table, creates a festive feeling and is stylish and playful at the same time.
