The following purchase terms (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) apply to the sale of beds, furnishings and other movable property (hereinafter referred to as the Products) by Beds Online International AB / Strömsholm sängar, 559228-2379, (hereinafter referred to as BIO AB), unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between the respective customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and BIO AB. For sales to consumers, BOI AB applies the rules that follow applied legislation.

Strömsholm uses Klarna for all its payment methods:

  1. invoice payment
  2. partial payment
  3. direct payment
  4. card payment

You must be at least 18 years old to shop on stromsholmbeds.se without parental consent.

It works well to pay on any mobile device such as a computer, iPad or mobile phone.

2. Partial payment - split your payment over 3-24 months!

Zezzo, together with Klarna, offers partial payment options of 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. An installment of 3, 6 or 12 months is paid with 0% interest, while you pay an interest rate of 9.95% if you divide the payment into 24 months. There is also an arrangement fee of SEK 95-295 for each installment arrangement and a notification fee of SEK 29 per month during the installment period.

At checkout, you choose the payment option of installment and how many months you want to split the payment. When you confirm your order and installment application, Klarna will perform a micro check to let us know that you are you. You will be informed immediately whether your application has been approved or not. If your application is not approved, you can choose another payment method at checkout. The conditions for partial payment are listed below.

When you receive your delivery, you will receive an invoice specification sent to you by email. The actual invoices will then be sent to you by post to your registered address. These will be sent out around the 16th of each month.

An order confirmation is always sent from stromsholmbeds.se via e-mail to you as a customer, where you will find your order number and all other information you need.

If you have not received a confirmation email, check your spam.

Orders are placed via www.stromsholmbeds.se, [email protected] or by telephone 08-876565. When ordering, a purchase agreement is made only when BOI AB has confirmed the order through an order confirmation by e-mail.

BOI AB does not enter into contracts with minors (under 18 years of age) without the consent of their parents.

All image information should be seen as illustrations, and cannot be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance and nature of the product. BOI AB reserves itself for any errors in the product information and reserves the right to change product information and prices without prior notice.

In order to make a purchase via the BOI AB / Strömsholm beds website, you must accept the Terms and Conditions. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you undertake to comply with the Terms and Conditions in their entirety, and agree that you have read the information on personal data and consent to the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with BOI AB's Privacy Policy.

When ordering beds and headboards, BOI AB recommends that the order is made at one and the same time as different productions may have different shades due to the dyeing of the fabric may differ slightly from time to time. BOI AB cannot guarantee exactly the same shade if the order is split and placed on two different occasions.

BOI AB may from time to time offer campaigns on the website that may have more favorable conditions than what is stated in these Terms, e.g. regarding payment or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable conditions apply as long as the campaign is active and for the specific goods specified by BOI AB in connection with the campaign. BOI AB reserves the right to withdraw such campaigns at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms and Conditions apply without modification. Offers on specific goods on the website are valid for a limited time and while stocks last.

BOI AB / Strömsholm beds always offer free shipping on all their products to their customers in Sweden. The freight applies to the property boundary or to the gate. Provided that the truck can get through. We reserve the right that our carriers cannot drive to certain addresses.

We produce the beds and accessories when we receive your order, it normally takes about 2 weeks, subject to high load in our factory. Then it can take 1-2 weeks extra.

For environmental reasons and good service, we always try to co-deliver your order. We deliver to all addresses throughout Sweden except those that require boat transportation, with the exception of Gotland. In cases where you need help with boat delivery, contact us at [email protected] or call 08- 876565 and we will try to help with the mediation of boat transport.

Notification: You will be informed by email when your order is sent to the carrier. The transport company will notify you by phone before they leave. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify an exact delivery date in advance. A desired delivery date when placing an order does not guarantee that the delivery will arrive on this particular date, however, we do everything possible to meet your wishes and provide you with feedback during the delivery process if we encounter difficulties.

For delivery, it is important that you as a customer enter a Swedish mobile phone number in order to receive a notification.

BOI AB / Strömsholm sängar delivers beds and accessories free of charge to the gate or property line. In addition, we can offer:

  1. Cashing in

We offer this service for SEK 750. In most postal codes, the transport company offers two drivers, which means that they carry the goods into the home for you. However, this is not something we can guarantee, but you must expect to be assisted with the delivery. This normally applies to northern Sweden. This means that you get help to carry your goods into the home together with the driver.

  1. Collection, assembly and return of packaging

We also offer collection, assembly and return of packaging for recycling for SEK 1,500. The bed is delivered to your home and carried in by two people to the room of your choice. The bed is unpacked and assembled and the packaging material is taken care of and recycled.

  1. Return of an existing bed

We offer, in some cases, removal of your existing bed for SEK 600. When removing a bed, this bed must be dismantled, i.e. any bed frame, headboard and bed legs must be removed from the bed and can be handled as separate packages. The product should be ready for pick-up at your home and should therefore be at the front door. If the bed is dirty, it should be vacuumed beforehand. It is important that you as a customer protect your floors and provide a clear path to the designated room. Also note that for legal and insurance reasons, the employees of our transport company are not able to remove their shoes when carrying products. Therefore, please cover your floor if you have fragile or stain-sensitive floors.

Deviations on delivery
If you refuse or cancel your order after the order has left our factory, BOI AB has the right to charge the customer 500 SEK. (NOTE: In case of canceled order to Gotland, a cost of 1000 SEK will be charged).

If you have booked a delivery but are then not present at the delivery, BOI AB may charge you SEK 500 for a so-called missed delivery.

Keep in mind that you as a customer must always be able to show identification when collecting/delivering the products.

On delivery: check the order.
When you receive the delivery, check the packaging for damage (don't let a stressed driver stop you from doing this). Any damage should be noted on the delivery note that the driver has.

NOTE! If the damage is not noted, a complaint cannot be made. Both obvious damage to packaging and hidden damage should be documented with photos, both with and without packaging, and emailed to us at [email protected]. Complaints not made within 7 days, including the day of delivery, after delivery are not accepted.

If the complaint of transport damage is approved, we will replace parts of the product or the entire product, whichever is easiest and most economical.

At the time of delivery, you as a customer must sign the driver's consignment note where you confirm that the delivery was in full, or you report any damage. In the unlikely event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, you have waived your right of complaint.

BOI AB provides a 25-year warranty on its beds for frame and spring breakage and a 3-year warranty on motors and adjustable beds. BOI AB always offers a 3-year warranty according to the Consumer Purchase Act. All guarantees are valid in Sweden and under normal use.

The product warranty only covers original defects, i.e. defects that were present on the product at the time of delivery. These manufacturing defects must be established by BOI AB.

At stromsholmbeds.se you can always exchange or return your products no later than 14 days after delivery with a full refund under the Distance Contracts Act. This is so that you can inspect the product after delivery and ensure that it meets your expectations. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods. If you want to exchange or return products, they must be unused and in their original packaging. The product must be returned in an essentially unchanged condition. Please note that for beds, the plastic must not be removed if a return is to be valid due to hygienic reasons and allergies that can be caused by pets and the like. BOI AB provides an 8-week exchange right for the comfort of the beds. This applies from the day the bed is received. The condition is to sleep in the bed at least 5 weeks, as it is common that it takes that time for the body to get used to a new bed. BOI AB will replace the bed or the part where the comfort adjustment is located, at no cost to you. This only applies to the Premium and Royal segments, 1 exchange per purchase. Does not apply to bed mattresses. However, BOI AB charges a shipping cost of SEK 750 for this. Contact BOI AB at [email protected] or 08-876565.

Sorry to hear that your product is defective! In order for us to quickly and smoothly handle your complaint, we need the following information from you:
Your order number (you will find this in your order confirmation).

If a complaint is discovered upon receipt, the packaging must remain in place and the product must not be used. You then email the complaint to [email protected].

If the complaint is approved, we will replace parts of the product or the entire product, whichever is easiest and most economical. Depending on the damage, the product can be picked up by our transport company or you may have to dispose of it yourself after agreement with customer service.

According to the Law on Distance Contracts, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying BOI AB within 14 days of receipt of the ordered product (withdrawal period) or from the day you received the last product in an order of several products in your possession. You can exercise your right of withdrawal immediately after your purchase and do not have to wait for the withdrawal period to start.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with broken packaging that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (such as bed mattresses). If a product has been sealed, you must not break the seal if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to special orders, i.e. an item made to your specific requirements, such as a bed with your own choice of fabric, or a non-standard bed size.

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must notify us in writing by letter or email before the end of the withdrawal period. You can also fill in and send us the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return freight. As you are responsible for the product until we receive it, it is important that the product is well packaged, and if possible, in the original box. The product must be sent or returned within two weeks from the date BOI AB received the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

When you cancel your purchase, BOI AB refunds the amount you paid for the item, including any shipping costs (not to be confused with the return shipping in the paragraph above). If you choose to keep parts of your order, the shipping cost will not be refunded. A refund of the returned item will be made within 14 days.

On the amount to be refunded, BOI AB is entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the product's decrease in value compared to the original value of the goods, if and insofar as such decrease in value is due to the fact that you have handled the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine their characteristics or function. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are sufficiently well packaged to be returned without being damaged or soiled during transportation. As the original packaging also needs to be intact when your product reaches us, you need to use an outer packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is labeled in a visible and secure way.

If you do not want to use the above options, you can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal developed by the Swedish Consumer Agency (see www.konsumentverket.se ).

If you choose not to use our return labels for returns, the transport responsibility passes to you as a customer to organize and pay the return freight and ensure that the product reaches us. It is recommended to use an option where you can track the package.

We do not offer open purchase for companies and municipalities, i.e. only private consumers.

stromsholmbeds.se is responsible for ensuring that the personal data you as a customer provide in connection with your purchase is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Act. By accepting the general terms and conditions, you agree that your information is saved, in order to process your order and complete the purchase, facilitate future purchases, enable updating of your order status and for sending out offers and newsletters from stromsholmbeds.se, or our partners. These mailings take place through SMS, e-mail or other direct advertising.

When you agree to our terms and conditions, you also agree that stromsholmbeds.se discloses your information to our partners for purposes other than marketing, such as Klarna AB for invoicing. As a customer, you can access the saved data, change it or ask for it to be deleted. You can also withdraw your consent to receive offers from us and our partners at any time.
