BOI AB / Strömsholm beds always offer free shipping on all their products to their customers in Sweden. The freight applies to the property boundary or to the gate. Provided that the truck can get through. We reserve the right that our carriers cannot drive to certain addresses.
We produce the beds and accessories when we receive your order, it normally takes about 2 weeks, subject to high load in our factory. Then it can take 1-2 weeks extra.
For environmental reasons and good service, we always try to co-deliver your order. We deliver to all addresses throughout Sweden except those that require boat transportation, with the exception of Gotland. In cases where you need help with boat delivery, contact us at [email protected] or call 08- 876565 and we will try to help with the mediation of boat transport.
Notification: You will be informed by email when your order is sent to the carrier. The transport company will notify you by phone before they leave. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify an exact delivery date in advance. A desired delivery date when placing an order does not guarantee that the delivery will arrive on this particular date, however, we do everything possible to meet your wishes and provide you with feedback during the delivery process if we encounter difficulties.
For delivery, it is important that you as a customer enter a Swedish mobile phone number in order to receive a notification.
BOI AB / Strömsholm sängar delivers beds and accessories free of charge to the gate or property line. In addition, we can offer:
- Cashing in
We offer this service for SEK 750. In most postal codes, the transport company offers two drivers, which means that they carry the goods into the home for you. However, this is not something we can guarantee, but you must expect to be assisted with the delivery. This normally applies to northern Sweden. This means that you get help to carry your goods into the home together with the driver.
- Collection, assembly and return of packaging
We also offer collection, assembly and return of packaging for recycling for SEK 1,500. The bed is delivered to your home and carried in by two people to the room of your choice. The bed is unpacked and assembled and the packaging material is taken care of and recycled.
- Return of an existing bed
We offer, in some cases, removal of your existing bed for SEK 600. When removing a bed, this bed must be dismantled, i.e. any bed frame, headboard and bed legs must be removed from the bed and can be handled as separate packages. The product should be ready for pick-up at your home and should therefore be at the front door. If the bed is dirty, it should be vacuumed beforehand. It is important that you as a customer protect your floors and provide a clear path to the designated room. Also note that for legal and insurance reasons, the employees of our transport company are not able to remove their shoes when carrying products. Therefore, please cover your floor if you have fragile or stain-sensitive floors.
Deviations on delivery
If you refuse or cancel your order after the order has left our factory, BOI AB has the right to charge the customer 500 SEK. (NOTE: In case of canceled order to Gotland, a cost of 1000 SEK will be charged).
If you have booked a delivery but are then not present at the delivery, BOI AB may charge you SEK 500 for a so-called missed delivery.
Keep in mind that you as a customer must always be able to show identification when collecting/delivering the products.
On delivery: check the order.
When you receive the delivery, check the packaging for damage (don't let a stressed driver stop you from doing this). Any damage should be noted on the delivery note that the driver has.
NOTE! If the damage is not noted, a complaint cannot be made. Both obvious damage to packaging and hidden damage should be documented with photos, both with and without packaging, and emailed to us at [email protected]. Complaints not made within 7 days, including the day of delivery, after delivery are not accepted.
If the complaint of transport damage is approved, we will replace parts of the product or the entire product, whichever is easiest and most economical.
At the time of delivery, you as a customer must sign the driver's consignment note where you confirm that the delivery was in full, or you report any damage. In the unlikely event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, you have waived your right of complaint.
