Our very own coffee from the roastery in Stenungsund is back - now in a new version developed together with TV chef and cookbook author Catarina König(@matfashionistan). Coffee according to the standard, and with the stamp, SPECIAL COFFEE. Traceable all the way back to the coffee farmer.
Dark roasted specialty coffee.
Beans from the island of Sumatra give a rich and spicy character with notes of herbs. Together in a perfect blend with beans from Brazil and Colombia, it gives a very flavorful and full-bodied coffee. Gently roasted by hand using the slow roast method.

"Together with Vargen & Thor, I have produced the best coffee I know.
With selected coffee beans from the beautiful island of Sumatra, in a blend of beans from Brazil and Colombia, we have created a flavorful and full-bodied coffee with lovely notes of herbs that give a rich and spicy character.
My carefully selected coffee beans are gently roasted using the slow roast method, which means that the beans are roasted at a lower temperature over a longer period of time. This results in a higher aroma and a wonderful, high-quality flavor."
