Coravin Sparkling wine preservation system uses carbon dioxide (CO₂) bubbles, the same gas that creates the bubbles in wine, to fill up the empty space in the bottle so that the bubbles in the sparkling wine do not disappear.

This sparkling wine preservation kit includes 4 Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 capsules to power your Coravin Sparkling™ system. These replacement capsules are filled with pure CO2, the same gas that creates the bubbles in sparkling wine. This allows the bottles to retain their flavor and effervescence for up to 2 weeks.
